  Stephen Graduation Here is Stephen, the first (and only) Chinese student to graduate from Valley Falls High School. (And I might also add the nicest, smartest and best looking one, too!") Here he is seen receiving his diploma from that prestigious institution in 1995.  

 

 

Now, it becomes a little more difficult to pick out who is the nicest, smartest, etc. This is Stephen with me in my office.

  Stephen at the Table In between studying and reviewing for his college entrance tests, Stephen found time to relax on our front porch. (And the studying paid off, too. He attended and graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in electrical engineering in 1999.

  He made it!! Stephen was the first of my exchange students to graduate from college and get his degree. And what makes it extra special is that he graduated from the University of Kansas. This is a picture of Stephen and his mother (and me) on his graduation day.  

 

  Here is a picture of Stephen and me after he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering in May of 1999.
