Frank's Page

This is Frank's "real" family, I suppose we can say........ In front is Anja. Behind her (from left to right) are Frank, Frank's mother,Schreibers Christine, Frank's dad, Manfred, and Frank's brother, Peter. This picture was taken in the summer of 1998 during a wonderful visit I had with them at their home in Germany.

This is Leo, definitely the "big dog" of the family. He is a rather large, but loveable, Great Dane. The most harm this dog will ever inflict upon anybody is probably to slobber on them. If we want to take things to the very Leoextreme, I suppose we could say that he and Abby are more or less step brother and sister.

Here is a multi-cultural picture: an American (that's me), wearing a German soccer shirt (probably made in Taiwan) and a Russian cap, while holding a German beer stein.  Beryl

Windmill I bet you think this is another of my stained glass masterpieces. Actually, if you examine it closely, you can tell that it was actually made by a German. (But it has fooled a lot of people!) This is a windmill that Frank made for me before he left. It is among my more treasured possessions. We even have a trained attack dog named Abby guarding it.

Talk about a "cool" German! I think we could go a step further and say that Frank is probably "cold", standing in front of our house during one of the few snow storms that winter. But, as Frank often said, "German are tough!" (Yeah, right!)
