Radio Tower

Although this tower is not nearly as tall or impressive as the famous TV tower, it is nevertheless an important part of Berlin’s history. The tower has been transmitting radio programs since 1926. One might notice a rememblance between this tower and the Eifel Tower in Paris. There is an elevator which will carry you to a restaurant near the top of the tower or to an observation deck, from which you will have a panoramic view of the western part of Berlin. It is located on the grounds of the ICC.
