This large fountain is located in the large plaza in front of the Berlin City Hall (Red City Hall). The water is obviously turned off during the winter time…..but in the summer, it is a rather spectacular fountain when the water is turned on. It is another of those places that serves as a hangout of locals and tourists alike.
