By looking at the building, one would never know…..but this is the home to one of the oldest opera companies in Berlin. The original building was destroyed during WW II, and was not restored in its original form like so many other historic buildings. Located on Unter den Linden, this building is more or less what the name says it is…..comic opera. I have never been inside, but I have been told that the inside is very ornate and beautiful.
